Detoxing

Detoxing is an easy thing to do. There are 3 ways to eliminate waste from the body. Urinating, feces and sweating. Making the body do these simple task is also easy. Don't shock the body using over the counter stool softeners. Incorporate these simple herbs and or food stuffs in your daily meal plan.
Hibiscus Tea once or twice a day, coconut oil, a tablespoon or so does wonders in the bathroom. A daily bath, hot as you would consider comfortable. The bath is to help you detox by killing pathogens in the blood and the hotter the bath the more you kill or render harmless.As your blood moves to the top of the skin the closer it gets to the hot water killing more bacteria and virus.
